Hi, I’m Miriam Stirk, the new owner of Terracotta Store.
For me, fashion has always been more than clothing.
It is a feeling, an experience, and a quiet confidence that carries you through your day. With nearly 15 years in the industry, my journey began at Myer, where I first fell in love with the art of customer service. It was there I learnt that the most memorable experiences aren’t just about what you purchase, but how you are made to feel.
My path has since led me through some of Australia’s most respected brands, including Oroton, Seed Heritage, Baku and more. Evolving from sales into management, and gaining a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, seasonal storytelling, and timeless design. Along the way, I refined not only my eye for quality and style, but my understanding that true luxury lies in thoughtful service, genuine connection, and attention to detail.
At the heart of everything I do is a desire to create a space where women feel seen, valued, and effortlessly confident. Terracotta is a reflection of that vision, a carefully curated collection of pieces that balance sophistication with everyday wearability, designed to elevate your wardrobe and your experience.
Beyond the store, my greatest joy is my family. My husband and I fell in love with the South West, were married here, and soon after welcomed our beautiful daughter. Bunbury has become our home in every sense, a place filled with warmth, community, and opportunity. It is a true privilege to now be part of this local story through Terracotta.
